PRICING

Except as otherwise provided, all retail prices listed on this Website may represent the full retail price we offer; or the suggested retail price as suggested by the product manufacturer or supplier; or our estimated price. We cannot confirm your actual price of any item until you place an order with us. However, we will not charge your credit or debit card until your order has entered the shipping process and you confirm, by clicking the required button, your acceptance of the total confirmed price of any item.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our Website and in our catalog may be priced incorrectly. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will notify you of such discrepancy. At our sole discretion, we may seek your acceptance of the correct price or cancel your order and notify you of this cancellation.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Please read this policy carefully. La Belle Reve LLC . will strictly abide by this policy.


PRODUCTION TIME

Please allow 12-14 weeks (plus shipping time) for any special orders of the wedding gowns.
Pleas allow 10-12 weeks (plus shipping time) for any special orders of the maids dresses and prom dresses.
Please allow 1-4 weeks (plus shipping time) for any accessories.
Please allow 1-4 weeks (plus shipping time) for any in-stock items. 

SHIPPING

We offer a free standard ground-transportation shipping for your Bridal Dresses orders delivered anywhere in the continental U.S. All other orders will incur shipping fees. Your order should arrive in approximately 10-14 business days from the day we have your order at our location.

Any overnight delivery orders will incur shipping fees. Please note that expediting delivery of your order will not expedite its production time.

If your order must be shipped outside the United States, we will provide an estimate of any international shipping charges. You will be responsible to determine any applicable taxes, tariffs, and/or customs fees.

When you order multiple items, we will ship them as one complete order. We will not ship each item separately.

If you request to change the shipping address after while your shipment is in route, you will be responsible for any resulting shipping costs.

Our shipper is instructed to obtain your signature as proof that you received your order. 
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post.

Should a return be necessary, you will be responsible for all associated shipping, transaction, and insurance fees and charges.

RETURN POLICY – ALL RETURNS SUBJECT TO THREE-CALENDAR-DAY TELEPHONE NOTICE TO US


Attention! All returns are subject to you giving us a telephone call within three calendar days of receiving your order and obtaining from us a return authorization number. Please read this entire policy to clearly understand what actions you must take to obtain a refund, as well as what items may or may not be returned to us.

Wedding Gowns, Mothers’ Dresses, and Prom Dresses: New Gowns and Dresses: We will accept returns on new standard-size un-touched non-altered wedding gowns, mothers’ dresses, and Prom dresses. We do not accept returns on special ordered plus size gowns or dresses, or specialty ordered gowns or dresses, such as hollow to hem gowns, special measurement gowns, in-stock gowns, or discontinued gowns. 

Samples of Wedding Gowns: Occasionally, we may offer a special sale on the gowns that may have been used in the bridal boutiques as samples so that the brides may try them on. Those gowns are in a “shop-worn” condition, meaning that they have never left a bridal shop, but may have been tried on by the brides-to-be in a shop or a boutique. We offer them to you at a special discount price. We will certainly dry clean each sample gown and repair any visible damage before sending it to you. Since such gowns may have been tried on before, we call them “samples”. If you are not completely satisfied with your sample gown, we will accept a return.

Shoes: We will accept returns on new un-touched non-dyed shoes; however, Saugus and Ladybug shoes cannot be returned.

Refund Amount: 50% Restocking Fee Applies

All new gowns, dresses and shoes listed above that may be returned are subject to 50% restocking fee. We must charge this fee because no designer or manufacturer will accept your returned items from us. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee.

All other charges are non-refundable, including shipping, insurance, and any transaction fees.

Sample wedding gowns will receive a 100% refund.

All refunds are subject to the three-calendar-day telephone notice to us as described below in this Policy.

Non-Returnable (Sales Final) Items:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower girl Dresses, Bras, Lingerie, Slips, Accessories, or Invitations.

Damaged or Defective Items: We take our time to inspect in detail all your ordered items before we ship them to you. We will not send you any damaged or defective merchandise. However, if your merchandise arrived damaged or defective, you must follow the procedure outlined below to notify us of the problem. If we find that the merchandise is defective or damaged, we will contact the manufacturer and repair or replace the damaged items, as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. We will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. We will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.


PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN REFUND ON RETURNABLE ITEMS


If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return any item that is listed in this policy as returnable, you must call us within three calendar days of receipt of your order. If we determine that the item is in fact returnable, we will issue you a return authorization number. You must include this number with your returned item.

You will be responsible for the costs of shipping and insurance.

Once you have obtained a return authorization number from us, you have three (3) business days to send the merchandise back to us.

All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand-new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition in which it was sent to you will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them.
Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate. 

CANCELLED ORDERS

All Wedding Gown orders canceled after three (3) business days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the purchase price. Bridal orders cancelled within three days may be subject to a cancellation fee. All Canceled Orders must be verbally done over the phone.

If the manufacturer has not yet began processing your order and has not charged us for it, we will refund 100% of your money, except for any shipping, insurance, or other costs and fees.


Rush cut orders or quick ship orders cannot be canceled or changed.

We will try to work with you on your cancelled orders. We adhere to high ethical standards and will take our time to do everything possible to cancel your order and eliminate or minimize any associated fees and costs that you must pay. However, ultimately, the manufacturer will make the decision as to any cancellation.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.
